Appreciate for reading this article.I honestly think if you are still new to aerial yoga, it is best to practice with an instructor until you feel that you are super ready to do it from home. Aerial yoga is not just like the typical classic yoga we’d seen before.The challenging part is you are halfway off the ground and good strength is needed to balance your body while performing your movement.I wish you great success in your aerial yoga workout.Regards,Joe gate io
